Adobe Acrobat

You can use a free program called Adobe Acrobat Reader to view any Acrobat type files on this website.  Acrobat files generally end in ".pdf" and need the reader to view them.  It is free, easy to load and run, and can be obtained by following this LINK.

If your version of Adobe is older than 5.0, you should probably go to the web site and upgrade your software.  Follow the links at http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html to get the correct link for your system.  To see what version you have, launch Adobe Reader and then pick the Help menu.  Select "About Acrobat Reader" from the available choices and it will tell you what version you have.
